Erwin History Museum Documents Town’s Past

Traveling through Erwin? Here’s a place to check out.
The Erwin History Museum is next to Erwin Town Hall, and provides a peek into the past of this old community. Hours of operation are Wednesday and Sunday from 2-4 p.m.
Artifacts on display include old photographs, a collection of items from Erwin Mills, and displays of the former Erwin Park and Erwin School. Organizers point out that visitors should also take a look at the electric hair weave machine that is on display.
Admission is free.
